Mission Statement

The mission of Mirage of Perfection is to develop a population-based focus for education, to elaborate with appropriate agencies or groups inside and outside of Mirage of Perfection on community-based solutions to health problems, to identify and apply appropriate methods and solutions to these problems. Mirage of Perfection provides services in beauty, wellness and health evaluation for self-directed behavior and life-style changes. Mirage of Perfection Beauty and Wellness Center serves as a resource for development, training, and outreach. Our staff professionals receive specific training in health wellness and beauty before working with our clients, as well as to participate in center intervention offerings

Objective

Develop and maintain updated patient education materials.
Provide patient education resource materials upon request.
Provide theory-based rationale and presentations about behavior change upon request.
Provide health counseling and education to patients referred by Family Practice and other health care providers.
Provide training in the area of lifestyle behavior change theory and application to medical students, students, residents, and other health sciences.
Serve as a resource to Family Practice health care providers and other community health educators
